Justin Kelly is co-founder and Broker-Associate of OMNI Real Estate Professionals in Mantua, New Jersey, and co-founder of The JK Realty Group. With more than 10 years of experience and over 250 closed transactions, Justin provides strategic real estate representation to buyers, sellers, builders, developers, investors, and business owners throughout South Jersey.

His practice spans residential real estate, new construction, land development, commercial and investment properties, business brokerage, and industrial outdoor storage. He serves clients throughout Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Cumberland, Salem, Ocean, Atlantic, and Cape May Counties, handling everything from first-time home purchases and traditional residential sales to luxury properties, development opportunities, and complex real estate transactions.

A significant part of Justin's business is focused on new construction, land, and development. He works directly with builders and developers on individual homes, residential communities, minor and major subdivisions, development sites, and land transactions. His relationships within the South Jersey building industry were developed over more than a decade working alongside his father, giving him firsthand experience with land acquisition, approvals, site development, construction, pricing, marketing, and resale.

That experience gives Justin a broader perspective on real estate than a traditional residential practice. Whether evaluating the value of an existing home, reviewing a development opportunity, marketing new construction, or analyzing an investment property, he approaches each transaction with an understanding of both the property and the business behind it.

As co-founder of OMNI Real Estate Professionals, Justin has also been directly involved in building and growing the brokerage, with an emphasis on technology, marketing, agent support, professional standards, and delivering a high level of service to clients.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers University. He was recognized as a 2026 RealTrends Verified Top Agent, ranking No. 43 in New Jersey by transaction sides and No. 1 in Mantua by both transaction sides and sales volume. He was also named a South Jersey Real Producers Top 50 Agent, Class of 2026, and earned the 2025 NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the Platinum level.
