John and Justin Kelly have listed and sold a home, two multi-family properties, and land in Carneys Point since 2016, and have placed tenants in the township's rentals.

Carneys Point sits between Penns Grove and Pennsville, where the team has sold homes and investment property as well.

Carneys Point is about seventeen square miles along the river and Route 295, with single-family neighborhoods and small multi-family properties near Penns Grove, the Chambers Works on the waterfront, and farmland inland. Most sales are resales, and investment properties change hands alongside the owner-occupied homes.
