New Jersey law (N.J.A.C. 11:5-6.4) requires all licensed real estate agents to provide a Consumer Information Statement to every consumer before substantive discussion of real estate services. We provide this at the start of every relationship.
Are real estate commissions negotiable in New Jersey?
