The store is at Deptford Town Center, 1775 Deptford Center Road, across from the Deptford Mall. The signs are up on the building, and inside, the fixtures and shelving are going in and the checkout area is largely built. Opening day is October 29.
The store takes most of the former Christmas Tree Shops space and reuses its original main entrance, behind a new front on the building. The left portion of that old space is becoming a Blinds To Go, relocating from elsewhere in Deptford, with an all-glass storefront.
MSP Development bought the vacant building in April 2025 with seven national tenants already lined up. Aldi and Tractor Supply are open, First Watch is expected in September, and a Chase branch is under construction out front.
Nordstrom Rack is the chain's off-price store. It sells overstock and past-season goods from the full-line Nordstrom stores (the closest are Cherry Hill and King of Prussia), along with merchandise bought for the Rack stores, at discounts of up to 70 percent.

Our take
Seven national chains signing for one empty building means each of them checked the traffic on that road and liked it. If you own within a few miles of the Town Center, that is a selling point a buyer's agent will use.
