Mullica Hill has a new construction community open and selling. JPOrleans is building Fox Run at Mullica Hill, which the builder describes as 132 carriage homes with two car garages, open concept floor plans and a choice of first floor or second floor primary suites. The sales office is at 204 Bridgeton Pike.
Four floor plans are published. They run three or more bedrooms, two and a half or more bathrooms, a two car garage and a basement. The community feeds Clearview Regional School District.
A carriage home is an attached home, so the comparison in front of a buyer is a single family house on its own lot somewhere else in the township: square footage and yard on one side, a smaller exterior to maintain on the other.
