One agent, two states

We work Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties alongside our South Jersey business. Because we hold both licenses, a client moving between the two states keeps the same agent through the whole search instead of handing the file to a second brokerage partway through.

That matters in three situations. You are selling in South Jersey and buying in the Pennsylvania suburbs. You are moving the other direction and want someone who already knows the New Jersey side. Or you are comparing both and want the same person pricing each.

We represent buyers and sellers in residential, new construction, luxury, investment, and commercial transactions, and the coverage is the same on both sides of the river.
