Lennar is selling houses in a Deptford Township community that has not opened yet. On its own website the builder says Magnolia Place is coming this fall, and that all three floor plans are for sale now. The first houses for sale are on Catling Court.
The community is planned at 66 single-family homes. The three floor plans are two stories: the Charleston at 2,275 square feet with four bedrooms, the Richmond at 2,680 square feet with five, and the Providence at 3,196 square feet with four. Each comes with a two car garage. Prices change and the houses for sale change as a community sells, and Lennar posts what is available now on its website.
