Atlantic City has 38 new waterfront townhomes under construction. K. Hovnanian Homes broke ground on August 12, 2026, on Terraces at Absecon Inlet, at Pacific and New Hampshire Avenues in the city's Inlet section, on a site the city describes as steps from the beach and the Boardwalk.
The homes are four stories and run about 1,848 square feet, with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two car tandem garages, an open living area and a balcony on the top level. The first phase covers five buildings and a furnished model home. The builder also lists some homes that can be moved into sooner. First deliveries are anticipated as early as summer 2027.
The city puts the groundbreaking alongside more than $250 million in infrastructure investment being spent or committed across Atlantic City, and the builder describes the project as a return to the market after years away.
