Ryan Homes is selling homes at Grandview Mews now: two story townhomes on two floor plans, the Roxbury and the Roxbury Grande, up to 2,463 square feet with three bedrooms, up to three and a half baths and a one car garage. The decorated model is at 50 Grandview Ave in Williamstown, and the builder shows it by appointment.

The address needs one sentence of explanation. Buyers see a Williamstown address on these homes; the township is Monroe, the county is Gloucester, and the school district is Monroe Township. New Jersey has a second Monroe Township in Middlesex County, an hour and a half away, so a search for new construction in Monroe Township turns up both.

What a decorated model does for a buyer is simple. A floor plan on paper tells you the room count and the square footage; a finished model lets you stand in the kitchen and see how the second floor lays out before you commit to a plan or a homesite.
