The real estate agent you work with will then have BOUGHT YOU as a client, and quite frankly they will SELL YOU on a home. Work with an agent who EARNS their clients through repeat business, past-client referrals, word-of-mouth, and organic marketing!

The most important and often missed step in a buyer's home search is first connecting with a qualified real estate agent (Buyer's Agent). Not only can a Buyer's Agent provide you with information and access to any home on the market, they can also keep you updated on any upcoming properties, as well as inform you of the history of the property and market area. Don't give up your right to have your own representation.

A Buyer's Agent has a fiduciary duty to act ONLY in the best interest of the Buyer. As a Buyer, it DOES NOT cost you anything to hire a Buyer's Agent. A Buyer's Agent commission is PAID BY THE SELLER at settlement.
