~ Buyer Activity is rising way past expectations!

~ Highest Settled Units of any February in the last 10 years!

~ Settled Units = 218 Units

~ Highest Pending Units (Under Contract) of any February in the last 10 years!

~ Pending Units = 339 Units

~ Highest Total Sold Volume of any February in the last 10 years!

~ Total Sold Volume = $39 million

~ Lowest Total Inventory of any February in the last 10 years!

~ Total Inventory = 1,816 Units
