Our initial step is to complete a property valuation, which is broken down into three phases:

2) Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

3) Listing Preparation

​1) Research and Planning

To get started, our team first collects information from you on the property you wish to sell. Please fill out the form below with basic and detailed information about the features of your home. Include any recent updates or upgrades in order to calculate the most accurate valuation for your home. This includes any remodeling, additions, cosmetic upgrades, new roof, new utilities such as A/C or heater, etc... Our team will then run a comparison against other homes in your area and compile the information into a Certified Comparative Market Analysis.

2) CMA Review

Once we receive the CMA report, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an in-person consultation with one of our board certified Brokers/Realtors®. Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) are typically done at the subject property, however meetings can also take place virtually or at our main office - whichever is best for the client.

3) Listing Preparation

During the CMA consultation, we will share with you all of your local market's information, provide you with an accurate valuation of your property, review our specific marketing strategy for getting your property sold, as well as provide you with recommendations on how to prepare the property for listing.
