1) Research and Planning

To get started, our team first collects information from you on the property you wish to sell. Please fill out the form below with basic and detailed information about the features of your home. Include any recent updates or upgrades in order to calculate the most accurate valuation for your home. This includes any remodeling, additions, cosmetic upgrades, new roof, new utilities such as A/C or heater, etc... Our team will then run a comparison against other homes in your area and compile the information into a Certified Comparative Market Analysis.

2) CMA Review

Once we receive the CMA report, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an in-person consultation with one of our board certified Realtors®. Comparative market analyses are typically done at the property in question, however our agents can accommodate to meetings at one of our four branch offices as well.

3) Listing Preparation

During the CMA appointment, our agent will share with you all of your local market's housing information, give you an accurate valuation of your home, provide you with a marketing plan for getting your home sold above market value, as well as provide you with tips and recommendations on how to prepare your home for the market.
